My Journey

I started in material science and fashion design at Cornell University — learning to read people, trends, and fabrics.

At Cornell, fashion was taught under the broader umbrella of human-centered design. I studied architecture, software, research and business before discovering that creating digital products combined the best aspects of other disciplines. It meant I could solve bigger problems and see real impact so I pivoted.

Today I'm a UX Architect at VML, working with at First Abu Dhabi Bank — 2+ years in, still chasing the same thing: understanding people well enough to build for them.
